He offered a tongue-in-cheek apology to the city of Utica Tuesday after comparing speakership of the U.S. House of Representatives to a stay in the city. 'the Speakership is like that old joke: First prize is a week in Utica. Second prize is TWO weeks in Utica,' he tweeted last week.
